NeoCoat®-Electrodes
NeoCoat offers a wide range of standard or custom BDD electrodes on silicon and metal substrates. NeoCoat-Electrodes have various specifications in term of doping levels, conductivities, thicknesses, shapes and sizes.
By using various precision cutting and machining techniques, NeoCoat can offer shapes and sizes that fit customer needs.
Amongst other NeoCoat-Electrodes can be used:
- For synthesizing specific molecules, such as persulfates and peroxo-disulfuric acid, used in the semi-conductor industry for etching purposes,
